Local 910 members,

We are excited to share, that we will be hosting a social/happy hour event in collaboration with Ninth District. Refreshments are on the house! Food and 2 drinks of your choice will be furnished. Drink Tickets will be provided at the door. Courtesy of AFGE Ninth District.

This event is geared to accomplish the following:

Know you better in a relaxed and fun environment.
Pass along information that enhances our labor movement.
Hear your concerns and ideas in order to better support you and your fellow employees at the KCVA.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT:

Wednesday night; 10-24-18 AFGE Local 910 is hosting a Special Event, and you are invited! As many of you are aware the past couple of months have challenged our Local and threatened the loss of your Rights and VOICE!

Wednesday nights AFGE will be hosting an event at 14605 E US Hwy 40 , Kansas City MO, (The New DAV building just east of Noland road). It’s time to come together so we can enhance our strength as we discuss those challenges and possible future challenges that loom over the horizon. We want to make you informed of how our collective voice can be maximized and made stronger.

Your local is providing hors d’oeuvres; mozzarella cheese sticks, fried green beans, and more. Event is open from 5-8:30 pm, drop in for 15 minutes or stay as long as you like. This is a social gathering, a time to get to know your members better in a relaxed environment as we plan for tomorrow. We are calling it an AFGE happy hour, get together kind of evening.
